Sigh, I know is purely my fault, I seldom warm up before I play sports.
I was playing basket ball with my friend, and did some lay up and never land properly.
And I was wearing a futsal shoe, not a basket ball shoe to play, so ... no ankle protection.
This is the result of not warming up before sports.

Took off bandage to bath, and I found this purple part on my leg.

Swallen untill I can no longer see the veins on my right leg, like some fei chai's leg hahaha

6 weeks has passed, and my right ankle still not completely heal yet, maybe because I still run alot with my injured legs haha, do pray for me, so I can fully enjoy America's sport hahaha
